I’ve been seeing Dr. Kapur for a few years, and she and her staff are wonderful. I have wet AMD in my left eye and dry AMD in my right, and my vision has noticeably improved. I do a lot of spreadsheet work, and the small wavy lines I was beginning to see are now almost gone. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend her and her staff.

I started going to Evolve about 2 months ago. I had a lot of anxiety about seeing a chiropractor for the first time. But the staff was so overwhelmingly kind, that it has eased all my anxiety. They really take the time to get to know you. I’ve been seeing Dr Logan, and he has been great at addressing the pain I’ve had. I’ve also seen Dr Phil. Both are super friendly and great at listening to your concerns. I’ve also had Justin for massage therapy. He talked me through every step of the process which I really appreciated.

We are thrilled with our new flooring from Lukasz. He replaced a large amount of ceramic tile with oak flooring and seamlessly blended it into other areas of existing 25 year old hardwood flooring. Years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in having constant headaches that would last all-day and on top of that, I was having a hard time falling and staying asleep. I was miserable and my poor health was getting in the way of my school work and personal life.
I saw my primary doctor multiple times for months and they couldn’t figure out what was happening and how to fix it. Someone referred me to see DR. PAM. So I did a consultation and I found out I had severe whiplash. She got me on a care plan and it changed my life! She also helped me quit smoking via acupuncture which I never thought I would ever be able to do.

Animal Care Clinic is always great with my 2 dogs. I’ve seen several of their doctors and never been disappointed in the quality of care. This time I saw Dr. Paul who helped reassure me that my aging dog is not in pain and that we are doing all we can to help him age with comfort and dignity. We had a compassionate discussion about quality of life and I felt a huge relief knowing my pup is still enjoying his life comfortably. We also talked about how to tell when quality of life is deteriorating and, while not a fun topic, Dr. Paul was both kind and realistic.
Pet care can be expensive but I trust ACC to help me determine what’s healthiest for my pets and that is 100% worth it. Thanks to the entire staff from check in to techs to doctors and everyone behind the scenes!

I am a professional athlete and have been doing yoga on and off for years. Mainly out of state but have now lived in Illinois the last 5-6 years and I am so happy to have came across Melt Pilates & Hot Yoga! My first class was with Agnes. Her energy and verbal cueing are just tips of the iceberg when talking about her wonderful class. Iv taken other classes and have seen other instructors at various locations but Agnes’s class sits on top amongst them all. You feel her love and passion for yoga simply by listening to her speak and guiding you through her class. In the hour or hour and 15 minutes you have with her, she will not only take your body on a challenging and unique journey but also the ability to inspire your yogi soul! After taking my first class with her, she is the only instructor I prefer to take classes with and when I am out of town and take a yoga class elsewhere, I leave immediately thinking “it wasn’t like Agnes’s class”. It is hard to put into words the feeling I have when taking one of her classes, she is able to push you safely to limits you didn’t think you could reach, poses you were maybe not able to accomplish before and allows you to connect to your body in a way you have not done before. Leaving her class makes you a different person in the best way possible and makes you eager for more!

I received a gift last year for a massage and just used it today. I am no newbie to massage but this was hands down the best massage EVER. This is not your rub down with massage oil, aromatherapy skin tickling type of massage. This was more than deep tissue which I generally do not like. This was cupping, stretching and decompressing therapy...I mean it hurt in spots but felt like it had released years of tension and pain. I would HIGHLY recommend. I have already booked again for November. ☮️

Healing ? Injury reduction ?? Athletic recovery and rejuvenation ? these are just a handful of words to describe the excellent service from Algonquin Sports Massage. The massages I've received from Lorrie Janeczcko are the most delightful and recovery-induced I've ever received from a licensed massage therapist.
I stumbled upon this when searching for the best quality and most affordable massages in the Lake in the Hills, Dundee, and surrounding areas. Initially, I had chronic pain in my shoulder and right arm with some Tennis Elbow or Bursitis. Having done some active and passive recovery and rehab exercises coupled with time off to rest wasn't enough. After doing an initial appointment followed by the 3-session package with Lorrie the chronic pain I was having immediately went away and I had a full recovery. Granted I had to follow up on the massage appointment with adequate rest (sleep) and drinking plenty of water for the trigger point and deep tissue effects in my muscles to have the full effect.
So from that, I was completely blown away by the Sports Recovery Massages I received to continue training at the gym in my prime. Aside from the quality service and the affordability compared to everyone else in the area, Lorrie as a person is a wonderful human being and she is charming to be around. While initially consulting with you as a client, she is very personable and one of the most down-to-earth people you will ever meet which goes hand-in-hand with the 'hands-on' recovery aspect of her profession fixing you and relieving you of your pain.
Nature or nurture, it's in her nature to nurture you to complete health and full athletic recovery. Bonus points for her sense of humor and occasional silliness to make you laugh and feel welcomed. It's a positive environment and a safe space. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by coming here. They were professional and very efficient! Dr. Izquierdo was running behind and the first thing he did when he came into the room was apologize for the long wait...how nice for him to do that. He was great asked me questions and came up with a great game plan that wasn't let's get some MRI's and surgery. It was let's try rehab first...love that!!!

Just registered kid #4 with these folks. Easy to talk to. Their hours are a bit wonky but make sense if you think about it. Class is good and behind the wheel sessions are flexible.
