I had posted a remark about a little disappointment. I had at the Crystal Lake location. I want to send out a huge kudos to a manager, orina, who's stepped up and made things right, super job. the owners should be very proud to have a manager such as her, looking out for their business and making customers happy while rectifying situations and making improvements. Well done, good job!

I have always loved this tanning salon, LA Tan seems to suit everybody's needs and especially a free tan on my birthday, and my boyfriend got a free tan joining the Text Club. So it was a win-win for both of us to tan for free in the state of the art level 4 or 5 beds that they have!! Can't wait for more coupons to go back!! Plus the young girl was so very sweet considering it was a spur-of-the-moment idea and we arrived 25 minutes before closing. I don't remember her name, but it March 22, 2023 @ 8:45pm. She got us in the system super quick, let me purchase 2 sets of glasses and never once rushed us. More people need to have her patience with customers!

I want to ask management if the ladies in the front can start showing customers how to use the beds. I never know if the face tanner is on. I’ve asked many times and no ever seems to know how to use it. It seems as if it is a mystery…..however I would love to know that the face tanner is on because it is the reason I go tanning and use the red light bedService: Tanning
