“Very satisfied with our experience at Fielmann in Crystal Lake today. Our doctor recommended that our 11 year old have her vision checked after a brief eye exam at her checkup. Fielmanns was able to schedule us for the same afternoon, and we’re very happy with the service we received. During the initial screening, Cheyenne was wonderful with our daughter. It can be intimidating being in front of those machines, especially for the first time, but Cheyenne explained everything that she was doing and was super positive and friendly. We then saw Dr. Joy for more tests and she was also very thorough and put my daughter at ease. Rebecca helped us with the glasses and insurance pricing, and she was very kind and honest about costs while helping us come up with a plan. Great staff all around, would definitely recommend!”
