I was referred to them by a neurologist after having some mysterious neck pain and dizziness issues and they have been enormously helpful in better understanding and working to improve those issues. They have been easy and flexible to work and schedule with and at least with insurance very affordable too!“
“Love this studio! It's clean and nice and their water bottle filling machine has the best water! They have cold scented towels and just create an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly. I love hot yoga here, but their six styles of yoga give something for everyone (from beginners to people who want a full workout!)“
“I absolutely love Barre3. I rarely stick with a fitness studio but they make it very hard to not want to return. Great prices, instructors, and work outs that have you leaving feeling proud of yourself. it’s like yoga and weights combined and i’m all about it. 10/10“

333 N Green St Lobby Level, Chicago“I moved to West Loop recently from the north suburbs. I am used to good work out studios, but this one blows all of them out of the water. I have been doing the 3x3 class with Dustin who has been kicking my butt. He challenges everyone in the class to push themselves. The classes with him are usually completely full and he keeps everyone on the right track. Super easy to follow. This is a class I will only do 1-2 days a week because of the heat, but it feels so good. I am sore and the routines are extremely effective.
I also have been enjoying the yoga and interval classes. Everyone that works at this studio is so helpful and super fun to be around. Thank you for showing me a good time!“

905 W 18th St, Chicago“Words can’t fully capture how transformative my time at this retreat was. This is my second retreat with Verde led by Crystal and the Verde team. The healing embrace of the Colombian Amazon rainforest felt like a portal to deep personal and spiritual growth. Every moment was intentional, sacred, and beautifully held by Verde, our guides, and the Indi Yuyai family.
Crystal is a truly gifted guide and healer—wise, intuitive, and deeply connected to her ancestral gifts. She created such a safe and loving environment for us to journey inward, release what no longer served us, and reconnect with our truth. She led with so much heart and grace.
From the nourishing food to the breathtaking nature, the ceremonial work, insightful conversations, every aspect of this retreat was aligned with purpose, love, and healing. I left feeling more grounded, open, and connected to myself than I have in years.
If you are seeking real transformation, healing, or just a return to your inner peace—Verde is the place to do it! Thank you, Crystal, for helping me in my journey in coming home to myself.“

Dragon Budo Jujutsu Martial Arts Academy, 2021-25 E 95th St, Chicago“I've been studying and training at the DBJ dojo for nearly two years and it's been one of the best combat experiences! This is coming from a 4 year wrestler who also has nearly 2 years of boxing (training only), minor Judo trianing in Cameroon, and a handful of months at a Gracie Academy. Not only does the dojo uphold its set principles and values, but it also pushes its students to do the same. Strikes are taught off the rip because they're woven into the curriculum; and by extension, your technique. Under Grandmaster Starks, if you take it seriously, you'll become a legit student under the Gyawn Atiko Jujutsu system-a more traditional style of Jujutsu. Belts aren't given; we're students, hence the set tests we take to earn our promotions. In addition to the mats, full boxing ring, and MMA cage, the DBJ dojo fully embraces a healthy fight culture while creating the next generation of strong and dedicated warriors. While I could go on and on, I'll end by saying you just have to come try it for yourself! Here is a short clip of how it be!https://youtu.be/bzI6Z7X4t3A?feature=shared“

Starting with the owner, Antonio, and to all of the instructors, they are all amazing and are there to help meet you where you're at in your fitness journey and help get you where you want to be. 3001 N Southport Ave 2nd Floor, Chicago“The space is just lovely! From the moment I walked in I was impressed by all the little details and the vibe of the place. It felt welcoming from the small retail section to the tea station, and the lounge space. I was greeted warmly by Kathryn. I attended the Sunday night Somatic Yin. Kathryn's presence feels like a hug from a friend you haven't seen in a while and her guidance through the postures was easy to follow and made for a smooth, melting session. The class was a well-crafted, delightful, and intuitive experience. A dedicated fan of the Yin style or a beginner would equally benefit from taking her class. Highly recommend!“

The studio is very clean and very well run – even has ponytail holders and toiletries in the bathroom! Stephanie is a wonderful manager and always helpful if I have any questions. The instructors are super kind and very funny :)
Highly recommended!“

165 W Superior St Suite 2, Chicago“I have been going to Club Pilates River North since 2020. I have really enjoyed being a member of this studio. All of the instructors are very kind and extremely knowledgable. They pay attention to everyone’s form and correct if needed which I find extremely helpful. They do a good job of demonstrating harder moves. I would highly recommend this studio.“
7AM - 8:30PM
3345 N Lincoln Ave Suite 102, Chicago“I love FreeMvmt Shop! Woman-owned and women-centered, it’s such an empowering and positive space, and the workout classes kick my butt in the best ways. I so appreciate 45-minute classes which psychologically feel so much more manageable than an hour! The Strength in Numbers class makes me longer despite strength training, and don’t sleep on the Figure 8 class lest you think a pilates/dance workout is any easier than lifting heavy weights! The teachers are welcoming, patient, and take the time to ensure you know what you’re doing; women of all ages and fitness levels attend and make the space accessible for everyone. Cannot recommend this neighborhood spot enough!“
8:30AM - 6:30PM
222 W Hubbard Street, Lower Level SE, Chicago“I loved my experience at The Space Between! They offer a variety of yoga sessions that cater to all ages and levels, making it such an inclusive and welcoming space. The sense of community here is amazing, and you really feel connected with the people around you.
One of the highlights for me was the ice plunge—it’s an exhilarating experience that adds a great twist to the whole wellness journey. Something that truly made my time special were Nikita’s sessions. She is incredibly kind and supportive, and it’s clear that she puts a lot of thought and care into her sessions. You can tell she truly knows her craft and is passionate about helping others on their yoga journey.
If you’re looking for a space that goes beyond just yoga and fosters a sense of belonging, I highly recommend TSB! (+ I would highly recommend booking Nikita’s Alive class Friday afternoons!)“

1357 W Grand Ave, Chicago“This studio and specifically Marilyn is a hidden gem. I had a knee injury and she has helped me build back my strength, balance and flexibility. She is so patient, knowledgeable and keeps things interesting by continuing to introduce new exercises! So grateful that I found her. She has deals for first time customers..give the studio a try!“
“I love this place so much. I’ve been going since January 2024 and have tried many of the classes, but especially enjoy the Ashtanga and Rocket vinyasa classes. Because there are so many classes available, it’s always been easy to fit with my busy schedule. Alisa, Shelly, and Beth, who teach the ashtanga classes I take are incredibly knowledgeable on the style. Colleen’s Rocket vinyasa class on Saturday is insanely good. Each time I go I learn a huge amount and see marked improvements in my form and flexibility in a way that is very gratifying. Finding this place has changed my life and I’m so grateful to the studio for welcoming me with warm arms and teaching me how to get closer to my goals in yoga. Cannot say enough positive things about Yoga Now and highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their yoga, or even just to find more peace in the day-to-day.“

“Pole Icons is a great launching pad for beginner pole dancers. I had no previous experience with pole dancing before starting classes. The instructors create a safe and respectful space during every class. I've never felt uncomfortable in a class taken at Pole Icons.“
