I was referred to them by a neurologist after having some mysterious neck pain and dizziness issues and they have been enormously helpful in better understanding and working to improve those issues. They have been easy and flexible to work and schedule with and at least with insurance very affordable too!“
“Love this studio! It's clean and nice and their water bottle filling machine has the best water! They have cold scented towels and just create an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly. I love hot yoga here, but their six styles of yoga give something for everyone (from beginners to people who want a full workout!)“

441 South Blvd, Oak Park“Ahimsa creates a sanctuary. The studio is serene the Props are provided. The asanas and opportunities to strengthen in forearm plank. Julie S.’s Use of vocal guidance was sublime. She was poetic and lyrical and soothing as she guided us through the practice. Her voice cues were energetic, anatomical, physiological, and philosophical incorporating the limbs of yoga. Loved it!“

2144 Ashland Ave #1, Evanston“I have taken classes before on how to tap into intuitive gifts and connect with nature and Mother Earth, but Billie is a rare teacher who weaves it all together in a way that feels whole and alive. It is such a blessing to find someone so willing to share Native teachings on harmony, balance, interconnectedness, and listening to the natural world as a way to embrace and understand our gifts. I also had a private session with her, and she truly helps to get things moving. Billie speaks truths in simple, grateful, joy‑filled ways that stay with you long after the class or session ends. And for the record, her Think Like a Psychic class was phenomenal. I am eager to take more of her classes and continue learning from her.“

3001 N Southport Ave 2nd Floor, Chicago“The space is just lovely! From the moment I walked in I was impressed by all the little details and the vibe of the place. It felt welcoming from the small retail section to the tea station, and the lounge space. I was greeted warmly by Kathryn. I attended the Sunday night Somatic Yin. Kathryn's presence feels like a hug from a friend you haven't seen in a while and her guidance through the postures was easy to follow and made for a smooth, melting session. The class was a well-crafted, delightful, and intuitive experience. A dedicated fan of the Yin style or a beginner would equally benefit from taking her class. Highly recommend!“

3345 N Lincoln Ave Suite 102, Chicago“I love FreeMvmt Shop! Woman-owned and women-centered, it’s such an empowering and positive space, and the workout classes kick my butt in the best ways. I so appreciate 45-minute classes which psychologically feel so much more manageable than an hour! The Strength in Numbers class makes me longer despite strength training, and don’t sleep on the Figure 8 class lest you think a pilates/dance workout is any easier than lifting heavy weights! The teachers are welcoming, patient, and take the time to ensure you know what you’re doing; women of all ages and fitness levels attend and make the space accessible for everyone. Cannot recommend this neighborhood spot enough!“
6AM - 8PM

Melissa is safety conscious and helps form building blocks for safe exercise, and Shari’s Pilates class is perfection. 100 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend. 1809 Lincoln St, Evanston“I recently moved to Illinois, and have been establishing care. I should preface by saying I am an intuitive bodyworker, and seek healing similar to what I give. Tony's office was close which made it a win, but the healing was powerful! Love and Reiki is definitely woven into the work, but intuitive leading, perfect touch, wisdom, compassion, space holding, respect and customized work is what will keep me coming back! Thank you Love Warrior!!!“
5:30 - 7:30PM
1818 W Belmont Ave, Chicago“Beautiful space and peaceful vibe. I especially enjoy Rita's Restorative practice on Sunday afternoons. After her class I feel like I have just had a massage!“

1304 W Washington Blvd, Chicago“*******BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE*******I’ve been going to sat nam and it’s my personal favorite studio I’ve ever been to…and I’ve done A LOT of different types OF yoga.- Side note: if you’re looking for a powerful yet tangible way to feel your life force, to really move energy and to always have a heartfelt welcome, Sat Nam is for you.Okay now onto the massage. I’ve been getting massages regularly for years and am always in the hunt for the best massage. I’m a bit of a massochist when it comes to my taste and REALLY want someone to get in there DEEP! Jimmy Chan at Sat Nam, is HANDS-DOWN the best, the strongest and the most intuitive therapist on the face of the planet! Maybe even the universe! Yeah, definitely the universe. To each their own and I can respect someone who enjoys a relaxing Swedish massage (Sat Nam has all types of therapists), but I approach sessions to get rid of as much stuck energy, nots, etc as possible. Not only does Jimmy know the ins and the outs of the meridians and the body’s complete structure, he’s a Thai Chi and Qigong Sufi Master and fully infuses his energetic knowledge and mastery into his work. Your mind, body and spirit will be absolutely blown away on your first session with Jimmy. I could literally write a frickin’ book; just book with Jimmy and enjoy. Well, it’s not really enjoyable haha and can be quite painful, but the pain is pain that’s leaving the body and forget Allstate, you’re in good hands with Jimmy Chan ?“
