“Justin came and made 2 needed repairs in little more than an hour. I had clogged the kitchen sink drain with too big a load in the garbage disposal, and our shower drain was sticky and slow. He was very nice to work with, and I felt his price was reasonable.
We have had him come back twice since then to repair the pullout shower in our bathroom and the shower faucet in the second bathroom. Both repairs were nicely done and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with his work.“

“My water heater sprung a leak and my family of 4 would have been without hot water for a while. I called Cleanline one time, and they said they'd have a tech out ASAP. They meant it because Mario got there within 30 minutes.

Mario showed me what happened to the fixture, and gave advice on preventative measures for the future. He got my tank fixed and he was off to the next job. They must really care about all their clients too because Mario fielded 3 calls while working on my tank, answering questions of his teammates. He helped them get squared away and never stopped working on my unit.

I'm now in the market for a water softener and they're the first company I'm calling. It will be very hard for anyone else to prove they are as ready to serve as Cleanline.“

I contacted him to repair a leak in my mainline and he also found other issues such as a lose connection to the street and repaired that for no additional cost. The clog was on City property and two other companies kept charging to fix what was not fixable from the house. Viking made the right decision to scope with a camera, determine it was City of Boise property and called the City Works department. Next day City was over fixing pipe. The other companies would have charged us a fortune in several different ways while chaising their tail. Viking wasn’t the cheapest but it was fast and competent!!! FAST, CHEAP, GOOD…. you get two of the three in the real world. Viking seems to be fully capable of any two of these three. If you got a situation, don’t mess around. Call these guys.“
