I want to start by saying what an upstanding management there is at YMC. We purchased a new furnace and a/c last year from them and about a week and a half ago the A/C compressor quit after only 8 months of use. We had a warranty that covered the parts and a warranty that covered labor for a year after the units were installed. The problem came about because the warranty for the labor had expire by a little over a month when the a/c quit and we were thinking that we were going to have to pay for the labor which was not going to be cheap. Words can't express how grateful I am to have done business with YMC Inc. Being the start of May its not terribly hot but the first day I turned the a/c on it was suppose to be mide 90s. Luck had it be that my a/c unit had failed. I call and they had a team out in very short notice to accurately diagnose the concern, order parts, and with in 2 days had a new unit installed. I was in need of replacing a 20 year old furnace and AC. I contacted a couple of local reps that wanted an arm and a leg to replace them. I contacted YMC and Ryan came out and gave me a quote the next day. It was so good I scheduled replacement the next day. They were stellar! The installers were clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!
