Excellent customer service. We called Lozier and Ryan came to our home the very same day. Service techs were here the next day and completely installed both furnace and air conditioner. The techs (Jeff) was most helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. Ryan gave us as many rebates as he could which saved us quite a bit of money. We would highly recommend Lozier.

I went with Lozier due to the quality and name as have used them in a past home before.However, there install tec's is truly why I took the time for this review. Jeff and Jaramia were not good not great but exceptional!!! Personable, knowledgeable, perfesinal, funny just exceptional people!!!I have not had this exceptional experience in a long time!!!! I will personally ask for them!Wow just wow great experience and amazing job!!! Truly thank both of you for just being great guys!!! I recommend even requesting these gentlemen as tecs to install. Thank you for everything!!!! Truly just amazing, exceptional work guys!!!!

I had a geo thermal system installed about a year ago, not by Lozier's but a different contractor. With this current polar vortex the geo system wouldn't keep my house above 60 degrees. Called original installer they gave me excuses, and didn't even come look at it. Called Lozier's and had service tech out on Wed. they found the issue took care of it. I monitored system over this last cold spell throughout the night and system kept temp at 69. I want to thank tech that came out and repaired and Loziers for having qualified people on staff. Anymore issues I will be calling Loziers.
