Hottest day of the year so far. Central air went out. Called left a message before hours. Shortly after opening rec'd a call. Explained the problem. Within four hours the problem was fixed, a new part installed, and we were on our way to being as cool as we were. NOAH, our service guy, quickly diagnosed the issue. The dear lady who answered my call was helpful, cheery, upbeat and professional. All this at a very fair and reasonable price. Think we are happy? You bet we're happy. Thanks, Citywide! When it's time for a new system, we have you on speed dial.

Very impressed with everything. I called and the lady was very nice, explaining that it might be difficult to fit me in same day (a Friday), but she would try. Later in the day I called her to ask if there was any chance and that I would be willing to pay emergency rate if they could come Saturday morning. We planned on Saturday but then at 4.30 she called to say a technician got done early and could get there in 30 minutes. The company could have easily waited till morning and charged additional fee.
David arrived and explained what he was doing, got work completed quickly so not to waste my money. David was very polite and represented City Wide very professionally....read full review
