“We had a pipe from the AC unit leaking water and David came out and repaired it quickly and gave us some useful tips to avoid this issue from reoccurring in the future — he’s a very professional, knowledgeable & friendly young gentleman.
Next time we need some HVAC repairs we will specifically request David (a true craftsman).
FYI - The repair cost was very fair!

“12-15-2025 Grant was very professional, courteous, friendly and flexible. He found what our issue was with our furnace even though appointment was originally for just annual furnace maintenance. He got the repair completed and then scheduled with his office to come back the next day for maintenance since it was late & he still had one more service call. 12-16-2025 Grant was back to run furnace maintenance that had to be rescheduled due to time restrictions on 12-15. Again, he was very professional, courteous & friendly. He was very thorough in his explanation of his findings/checklist for my furnace. “My furnace stopped working and I had no heat. I had someone come out to look at it but it was NYE and they couldn't get the part for my 21 year old furnace for a few days and I would have been without heat for up to a week. I contacted Bob at APS and he was able to get me a part and Rod came out on NYE and fixed the problem. The problem didn't even require a part, but the port the switch went into was plugged up, they cleared it out and I had heat! “Our furnace had an issue where it needed a new gas valve. We paid a big HVAC company to diagnose the issue, but they wanted to charge an additional $1300 to replace it beyond the diagnostic fee. It seems that perhaps their real goal was to sell us a new furnace. That is somewhat understandable since our furnace is over 25 years old, but I first decided to call around to get other repair quotes over the phone since we had already paid to have the original problem diagnosed. None of the big HVAC companies I talked to were willing to quote over the phone - they all wanted to send someone out and have us pay for another diagnostic fee - making it nearly impossible to comparison shop without paying multiple diagnostic fees. Then I found good reviews online for Punelli and decided to call them. They quoted a fee of less than half of our original estimage over the phone, didn't try to pressure us into a new furnace, and we didn't need to pay another diagnostic fee. They came out and did the gas valve replacement the same day. The technicians did a great job, were super friendly, and we saved ourselves from a big expense. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC service.“

“I called Proctor Mechanical at 9:00am in reference to a concern I had with excess water pooled around my exchanger. Justin answered my call and was at my my door at 11:15am. Easy gentleman to like. Professional, knowledgeable well spoken. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and reassured me that it was not a mechanical issue and pointed out what I needed to do, easily, to remedy. No charge. We spoke of relocation of the exchanger to clear up some space. We will be doing business. Highly recommend Proctor Mechanical.“
