“AMAZING! We have had nothing but trouble since our AC was installed (2) years ago (by a different HVAC company) -- trouble enough that we were told to get a new one (from a different HVAC company). Logan came over to provide a quote for a new AC unit and kindly offered to check out our current unit. He took a peek and realized that the company that installed our furnace didn't adjust the settings correctly so it kept freezing up. “Our furnace had an issue where it needed a new gas valve. We paid a big HVAC company to diagnose the issue, but they wanted to charge an additional $1300 to replace it beyond the diagnostic fee. It seems that perhaps their real goal was to sell us a new furnace. That is somewhat understandable since our furnace is over 25 years old, but I first decided to call around to get other repair quotes over the phone since we had already paid to have the original problem diagnosed. None of the big HVAC companies I talked to were willing to quote over the phone - they all wanted to send someone out and have us pay for another diagnostic fee - making it nearly impossible to comparison shop without paying multiple diagnostic fees. Then I found good reviews online for Punelli and decided to call them. They quoted a fee of less than half of our original estimage over the phone, didn't try to pressure us into a new furnace, and we didn't need to pay another diagnostic fee. They came out and did the gas valve replacement the same day. The technicians did a great job, were super friendly, and we saved ourselves from a big expense. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC service.“
