“Well we started with warranty information was 7 years not 10 then went to the price which was 470 for 15 minutes work not a good start. After I spoke to the repairman they sent out he stated I cleaned the outside of the entire air system no charge, then I asked him for another charge to me would he be able to make sure the furnace was working okay for the winter time, he kindly told me after the trouble I had with the company he would do it but no charge to me. Professionalism , integrity, and I told him he just saved a customer, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone anytime“

He promptly inspected all components of my furnace.
Informed me of a small leak that we need to keep an eye on. So I took pictures of that area to watch for any changes. He found that my humidifier pad was in need of replacement, he had the part with him. After preforming all checks to make sure we are good for winter he was very polite and answered all of my questions and thanked me for my business. He was very knowledgeable.

He let us know our 17 yr old dryer had bit the dust, as parts were no longer available. Quest also shared what brands he recommended, and why.
