Have taken my daughter here a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed. Her last cut here was definitely the best so far, by Glorey. She was quick and her hair had lots of fun layers. Looks like such a grown up cut for a tween!
Emajen is a wonderful esthetician! I’ve gotten my brows waxed from her twice & she’s also waxed my legs. She does an amazing job prepping the skin so that I have no ingrown hairs & is very thorough with the aftercare process & explaining how to take care of the skin when you go home. Highly recommend her if you need wax done!

This was my son’s second haircut and the lady who cut his hair was AMAZING! 5 stars all the way! She was so fast and efficient his hair came out exactly how I wanted it. We were in there for 25 mins max.
I pulled into Hawaii desperately looking for a place to get a haircut. When I looked on the maps, I saw a place called ace of fades and I had to see what it was about. Safe to say I was not disappointed. My barber was very cool very respectful and the service was second to none not to mention I left looking superb. I would recommend this place to anyone who in the Honolulu area who is that familiar with the area to go get a cut from Ace of Fades Especially service members.

I think I found my new shop. After being gone for almost a decade coming back to a nice local shop was such a a nice respite from it all. I couldn't find a website appointment system or social media so I just went in crossing my fingers it wasn't that busy and luckily it wasn't at all and I was easily helped. My barber Taz was super friendly and turns out we had mutual friends so it was a nice throwback to baby days at school. I'd easily say he was the best fade I got since I got into cleaning my mop in high school. Shit looks immaculate and he took his time after fine tuning it for my and my chia pet hair. Thanks guys for all the laughs you'll be seeing me again as long as I'm here!

First time of us to go here to get a pedicure and a manicure done. The place was very clean and as soon as we walked in, services were started. The manicure and pedicure came out really nice. My client was really happy and satisfied. The price was exceptional. The staff were friendly. We will for sure be back.

Diane is amazing. She took great care of me. I took off my nails on my own and messed them up. Diane was very concerned about me getting an infection. She did all my nails except for my bad one and told me to let it heal first and then she would do it. Diane was very caring, gentle, and knew exactly what I wanted. She shaped my nails perfectly and picked the perfect color for me. My nails are beautiful and look so natural. The pictures don’t do it any justice. I opted for long layers and a money piece style color and Jhere exceed my expectations in every way. I have been going to studio kids for many years. I used to go to Sonia. She was awesome! Very professional, kind, and always a good listener to what I wanted done. Since she has retired I now go to Kissy her daughter. Like her mom, Kissy Does an excellent job! She has made the shop easier to make an appointment by doing it online. All I did was google the shop and was a lie to make an appointment and select the service I wanted. There is lots of free parking. I highly recommend Studio Kiss!!!

Auntie Julie and Julian are awesome hairstylist - they also listen to their client's request, make you feel at home it's a very welcoming environment everyone is friendly. And also auntie Julie makes very good FOOD! And she make sure you will never get hungry on a long hours of treatment. And they don't charge as much like other hair salons. Love this place!!!
I got my cornrows done by Summer, and overall I had a good experience. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She took her time to make sure my braids were neat and clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The style came out looking great, and I was happy with the final result. If you’re looking for someone who does clean cornrows and creates a welcoming atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend checking Summer out.
If I were only here to review lashes, I would give Pinky’s 5 stars. Lauree has been doing my lashes since 2022 and she is phenomenal. She works fast and makes my lashes look natural and elegant.
If I were only here to review wax, I would give 2 stars. Today was my first experience getting waxed here by Sophia. I booked a half leg wax. Sophia was 20 minutes late, missed multiple patches of hair on my legs, and left me with pieces of wax and a couple of baby wipes. I’ve been getting waxed (not here) for years and have never been left with so much wax on me. I’m not sure if it’s because she was rushed due to being late and having a lash client after me or simply not paying attention to detail, but I do not recommend booking her for a wax. The associate at the front desk was kind apologetic for the whole ordeal, so she gets the stars.

Jordan is the artist you want. My first piece he did for me was very meaningful to me and he knocked it out of the park, so I had to go back. My second piece he did for me was all traditional Hawaiian and he put together something amazing that really means something and is powerful, I will be going back .

Did some line work song lyrics from my favorite artist, and then someone dear to me later. She remembered months in-between about my favorite artist, and put that music on during my next session??? Incredible!! Her work is beautiful and unmatched! I prefer minimalistic style, and even though her main is super realistic, she did the minimalistic ones perfectly! She didn’t start on either tattoo until she knew I was perfectly happy with each one, and made little tweaks here and there day of, to make sure I was happy. The actual tattoo office is beautiful, clean, homy, and comfy. Super relaxing sitting looking out the window at the rail going by while getting tattooed. Tattoos hold up nicely over time, and one free touch up afterwards. Amazing!! Thank you!!

Oscar is amazing. I asked him to design a tattoo that would represent my grandbaby and I. The session lasted 7 hours, and it was well worth it. The outcome is beautiful. I will definitely go back and have more work done.

Highly recommend this company! Employees were on time. Wired in a new 20amp for our microwave. They needed to cut the wall. They then placed the cut wallboard back, securely, we just needed to tape and repaint. They were very clean. Cleaning up any dust or mess they created. I was VERY impressed! Sweet, sweet dispositions. Asher is a great communicator and easy to work with. It was a big job yet they only charged a little over $500. Excellent deal.

ProBuilt Hawaii Roofing & Raingutter’s did an excellent job on our roof. Their crew were on time to start the process and finished as expected on schedule. Our neighbors commented that the worker’s were not overly noisy but actually were “in and out” almost unnoticeably. What was noticeable is their work. High quality and Very clean workmanship. Courteous , professional and yet friendly crew while performing their duties. The “mess left behind” was also noticed to be very minimal and of light debris. This is exceptional as my neighbors shared their experience of still finding staples, nails and related debris after several years. One neighbor commented finding the cut singles (leftover) in their gutters or spouts. This was NOT the case with ProBuilt Hawaii. So, if you’re looking for a Roofing Company to do a quality and professional work, consider ProBuilt Hawaii.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my original contractor could not do the repairs I needed after a flood in my condo unit. I contacted Cory Rabago of Warrior Construction. He came out to see the extent of damages, provided me a quote, worked with my building management for approval, and his team came out. His team did the repairs within the amount of time he said it would take to complete the job. Cory's customer service was excellent, his team was efficient and highly skilled, and the completed work was beyond my expectations. I also found out his company does landscape, so I hired them to do a retaining wall and landscaping job for my other home. I highly recommend Warrior Construction for your renovations, repairs, new build, etc.
Shon’s crew did an outstanding job replacing our 1960s vintage tile roof with a modern standing seam metal roof. Where there was previously open skip sheeting underneath the tile, they put down a solid plywood base, added a waterproof high temperature stick-on underlayment followed by 1 inch foam insulation, then a good-looking Country Red metal roof and solar powered attic ventilation fan. I was very happy to see them do a thorough cleanup afterwards, and salvage nearly all of the old tile for potential reuse elsewhere on island. Project Manager Chaz kept me informed of their progress. He and daily crew chief Edgar answered any questions that I posed to them. I wholeheartedly recommend Surface Shield Roofing (SSRC Hawaii) and I’m hoping Google lets me append photos to this review as the pictures tell the story.
