“I cannot say enough great things about Hawaii Water Damage Restoration. From the very first contact, my call to the office & their promptness with having Andre (Project Manager) return my call & set-up an appointment to come out and assess the issue ... truly exceptional! After confirming my own suspicion of mold, Andre quickly took immediate action to mitigate the situation bringing a huge sense of relief.
What also truly set them apart was their open & consistent communication. Every employee I spoke to be it Andre, Cory, Marcos ... took the time to answer any of my questions, clearly and simply. If it was something outside of their scope, they didn't brush it off or guess, instead they made sure the right person would follow up.
That level of transparency and professionalism is rare!
Lastly, I was also extremely impressed with how swiftly and smoothly they transitioned to a different contractor once it was time to repair and replace my drywall. Unreal efficient coordination and follow thru ... Bravo Bravo Bravo!

“Definitely recommend! We had an AC leaking into the wall upstairs that damaged the walls and floors on both floors of our house and cause quite a bit of mold especially downstairs. Quite a big project. These guys were on it. Quick to come out and provide a quote. Listened to and addressed my concerns throughout the project. “Our air ducts were cleaned out and coated inside. The business is family owned and operated with friendly, efficient and respectful staff. Workers were careful to cover furniture to protect it during cleaning . Owners make site visit during the actual work which is always a good sign.“

“A water main break in early hours of a Saturday morning caused extensive flooding of our home. MD Restoration arrived within an hour and evacuated the water efficiently, installing an industrial dehumidifier and measuring the moisture over the subsequent week. It was very helpful to have professionals with the right equipment as we would not have known there was water in the walls. We hired them for the abatement and repair as well. Rey and Justin were 5-star outstanding on the abatement and then putting things back in place. Without their help the delay to complete the repair work would have been even more frustrating.
