“If I were only here to review lashes, I would give Pinky’s 5 stars. Lauree has been doing my lashes since 2022 and she is phenomenal. She works fast and makes my lashes look natural and elegant.

If I were only here to review wax, I would give 2 stars. Today was my first experience getting waxed here by Sophia. I booked a half leg wax. Sophia was 20 minutes late, missed multiple patches of hair on my legs, and left me with pieces of wax and a couple of baby wipes. I’ve been getting waxed (not here) for years and have never been left with so much wax on me. I’m not sure if it’s because she was rushed due to being late and having a lash client after me or simply not paying attention to detail, but I do not recommend booking her for a wax. The associate at the front desk was kind apologetic for the whole ordeal, so she gets the stars.“
