I love this place! The business is run very efficiently and everyone there is attentive and helpful! I've been here 30 years and this vet is the best on the island IMO. This is not an emergency vet so be prepared to take your dog elsewhere if after hours.
Our dogs Tate and Sera have gone to Waipio Pet Clinic since we moved here in 2015, and they are extremely well taken care of there! They are seniors (12 and 14) so they have their share of health concerns in this stage of life. However, I have no doubt that they are in good hands. They see Dr. Uruu, he is excellent at listening to our concerns and explaining our options. ALL of the staff are very friendly, kind, and you can tell they genuinely love your pets.As an anxious pet mom, I never worry for long because they get back to you quickly. Dr. Nanbu and her staff have been taking care of my dogs. They are professional, knowledgable, and are compassionate with my pets. I love how I can call, text, or stop by to make appointments or ask questions. It is also great to see familiar faces for the past 19+ years.
