I was lucky to have caught a bed bug infestation in my home before it became severe. Called over 10 businesses but decided with Environ. I'm glad I did. From the first consultation to the day of treatment, I was in constant communication with Wayne who talked me through the process and what I needed to do as 'prep work'. Although I had to remove everything from all rooms being treated they were more than thorough with their treatment. Since then, I haven't seen a single bed bug, my family of 6 has been bite free, and the best part, I paid less than $1000 for a 5 bedroom 2300+ sqft home. We have used Environ Control for some three years now, handling termite barrier (Sentricon), rodent bait stations and ant control We live on the beach and are besieged by all three categories of pest, so effective control is important to us.We are delighted with Environ's service. Office staff are friendly and accommodating. On-site service people are always cheery, very thorough, and will always take the time to address any issue we have. When a new issue (e.g. a new ant intrusion) occurs they will schedule an additional call to follow up on the immediate response. We couldn't ask for a more complete, thorough and friendly level of service.

We just had a great visit from Wayne, who came out to consult on some dry termites we found in the house. He was professional and very helpful, explaining exactly what to look out for and what the next steps were – even though they don't do tenting and weren't able to sell us anything. The previous owners of our house used these guys for years and now I know why. Definite recommendation!
