Where there was previously open skip sheeting underneath the tile, they put down a solid plywood base, added a waterproof high temperature stick-on underlayment followed by 1 inch foam insulation, then a good-looking Country Red metal roof and solar powered attic ventilation fan. I was very happy to see them do a thorough cleanup afterwards, and salvage nearly all of the old tile for potential reuse elsewhere on island. Project Manager Chaz kept me informed of their progress. He and daily crew chief Edgar answered any questions that I posed to them.
