I spent a couple of hours to figure out why my refrigerator stopped working, I google for some answers but no luck so started calling repair shops. Over 10 calls with negative answers unpleasant customer service I decided to call Diamond-head electric company and Lady name Christine answered and ask me what was my concern so I did explain to her. She gave me a few suggestions. I tried what she said, and the problem was solved!. Over 15 minutes of conversation with her she was very patient and Great customer service. I highly recommend it!! Thank you !! Ms. Christine !!!

We have used Diamond Head Electric for years now. We started with a condo that we were living in which had water damage from an apartment above. The electricity was not working in the kitchen due to the water damage. Ben Thomas was able to get the kitchen back in order by (among other things) reversing some plug that no one else had been able to fix. Now that we are living in a house, we have used him a couple of times. He has always provided excellent service and has always gone above and beyond what was needed. He has provided us with the name of an excellent handy man who helped us with other problems we had. Christine and Carly have been excellent administrators who always have kept us informed of dates, times, and other information. It is comforting to have an excellent electrician to rely on!
