Used Xtermco several times over the last 30 years. Our family will continue to use Xtermco as they have provided EXCELLENT service in all areas. The inspection of property, prior to be given a quote is so well done. Checking the attic, crawling under the house, climbing ladder for roof, position of water heater. yard, HECO lines on property. Inspector explained in detail all recommendations. 5 Stars with no doubt!
I’ve been with Xtermco for about 20 years now after using a couple other companies. They have been the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. I use them for both in-house pest control and for Sentricon management. Service people always on time and send me reminders before coming. They are friendly and always respond to concerns or questions. Recently while doing some home renovation I found some rotten wood and asked them to check it for termites. They were here the next day and inspected the area, fortunately no termites.
We recently had Xtermco termites at our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the entire process so we felt comfortable every step of the way. The setup and takedown were smooth and efficient, and they were very careful with our property. Highly recommend Xtermco for anyone needing termite or pest control services!
