Stellar experience end to end. Quick response by email, txt, and call. Lenn (the gal in the chair) will brighten up your day and kept me updated throughout booking and arrival. The notifications were very detailed including a pic of the technician before he arrived (a surprising and welcome touch). Charlie, the master plumber arrived on time and was very professional, friendly and informative. His talking me through the service as he performed it garnered my confidence and I'll be going back to these folks again. Strong recommend.Service: Drain cleaning

Thank you to the EPS team for responding to my emergency shower situation on a Sunday night. Our technician Harley did a great job on explaining what needed to get done as well as completing the job. Not sure on pricing about plumbing, but getting the tub spout fix & ready to use asap is truly worth every dollar.Also, since EPS was here working on this project I notified them on a possible leak and they are working on getting that fix as we speak. Thank you to Harley and the team.
