EPS lived up to their name and came by with short notice. Calvin diagnosed the situation I was having with my water heater and thoroughly explained my options and answered all my questions. They were able to start the work that day, Calvin and Peter went above and beyond in remedying the problem and promptly began work on another plumbing project that needed to be done. As the work progressed Calvin would keep me updated and explain in detail the steps he was taking.
