Every time I visit, I am smiled at and greeted warmly, despite myself believing I sometimes look unfriendly. The office staff is very nice and attempts to be helpful whenever they can. I've seen someone upset about waiting so long that voiced it in a pretty rude tone. The office staff did their best for him and even after he left did not resort to talking negatively about him or anything which I am not used to seeing or experiencing. When I had my first appointment, one of the ladies, I believe the office manager, was so empathetic. She was extremely kind before but at this moment she asked how everything went and I suddenly broke down crying. Then she comforted me. I was embarrassed but also shocked and very touched by her actions. I didn't expect the interaction at all from the crying to the support but it confirmed the type of people that are working here. They are there to help and I hope they are blessed for many lifetimes to come. Dr. K. Patel also seems to be an amazing therapist and I'm starting to believe I can see much improvement in myself with her help. I have already learned a few things in the few sessions we've had and I have a bit more hope than I did at the start. I desperately want to be better and I know I can't do it alone. Thank you so much to everyone working here. I hope I do my part and can keep up with the sessions. ??♥️

I do not know anyone else in Valdosta who braids like her and makes me feel like I got my hair done in NYC. You also get to relax in a clean and calm environment, pick a movie or two to watch depending on what style you do and get to use a clean restroom! I have been going to Nails By Chris for the past 2 years - I've always love my nails everytime they do them and the serivce is always great! The past 2 times I've went the serice has been a little off.
Today when I went the tech was almost done with my nails and all she had to do was paint them - she stops doing my nails to go over and do another customers eyebrows.
That really just rubbed me the wrong way, I feel as if the customer should have had to wait like I did.
I will continue going - I just recommened that they finish with me before helping another customer.

I went to Ashley to have a 3D areola nipple tattoo following a mastectomy and breast reconstruction due to breast cancer. She was recommended to me by my plastic surgeon's office. She is a very sweet, pleasant and compassionate person. She took time to answer all of my questions and was especially patient in doing so. The room where the process was done was very clean and calming as is the establishment when you first walk in. She did a great job of putting me at ease and her work is phenomenal! She let me and my sister record it which was a bonus. It was 40$ (they only take cash which might be annoying if you don’t carry cash) which I thought was fairly priced and the after treatment was only 10$ which is pretty fair too. I have been having plumbing issues for almost a year!! I called Roto Rooter yesterday evening & he came right out & got me together. After several different plumbers, he got the job done & the prices are more reasonable than expected.
We used VPS through our home warranty. They were very good, efficient and professional. Within the hour or so the two technicians came out to replace our water heater. One of them was one who worked with us prior to this service on a plumbing issue and had mentioned it in a conversation.
It showed us that VPS cares about their customers. It was overall a very good experience. I would recommend!
I was caught by surprise with a frozen outdoor faucet during the cold weather spell this past week. The RHT office assistant, Gloria Mango, seemed to be one of the only plumbing company staff taking calls on the day after Christmas this year. The RHT plumbing team came promptly to my house on Tuesday, December 27th and worked several hours to install the new faucet and install some new pipe segments where they had rusted out in the wall space behind a bathroom. We plan to be loyal customers of RHT when we have plumbing issues to take care of in the future.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
Ken’s carpet care just came out to clean my master bedrooms carpet. Chris and Will did a fantastic job! Didn’t seem to judge the dirt. Showed up on time. It only took about 40 mins from start to finish. It’s not dry yet but it already looks and smells 100 times better than an hour ago.

Lance Exterminating is an amazing company! Very knowledgeable, friendly, & truly cares about his customers and their needs. We’ve been using him for mosquito extermination for years & are switching our termite warranty to him now. Well worth the money!

Elite Landscaping did a phenomenal job on our yard. We had extensive damage from hurricane Helene. The damage included massive holes in the yard, and damaged scrubs just to name a few.
Grayson’s staff worked hard and tirelessly to complete the repairs to our yard including the installation of irrigation and Astro turf. The Elite staff never seemed to take even a short break and always made sure that we were satisfied with their work along the way.

Becoming a new patient at a dentist office can make you a little anxious. I can tell you from the first call I made to Kilby Family Dentistry to arriving to my first appointment, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I had my consultation and Dr. Kilby explained different options for the work I needed. I was back for a cleaning and felt comfortable in the office. The entire staff is friendly and you can tell they are one big happy “family”!

Dr Woods is the absolute best. We love him so much. He has literally changed my life. I no longer am in constant pain in my left foot. It would just radiate pain even if I was just sitting in a chair. It has been like that for more than 10 years. After Dr. Woods operated on it and it healed I have been pain free. Something that I haven't been in a very long time. Now hiking is even more enjoyable.
Dr Pitts did an amazing job on my ingrown toenail surgery! It did not hurt at all from start to finish and as a chronic pain sufferer, I appreciate that! I was very comfortable & preferred his technique for the procedure a million times more than my old podiatrist! The whole experience with the Dr and staff was excellent! ☺ Where you go really matters.

I love Care Medical. The staff is always so kind, patient and caring. I see them about four times a week for various procedures. Tye is Amazing at massages and always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. John and Marissa always have a smile on their face at physical therapy and help me with whatever pain I’m having. Ginger is excellent with dry needling and has been able to help my neck pain!
Dr. Graham is always friendly, knowledgeable and sweet to my dogs and so is his staff!
I could not find a better vet if I tried in Valdosta. I do trap and release in my neighborhood and each time I trap a cat they come to the rescue. We have it fully vetted and most of the time. Find a new home for it with their help. Autumn has such a love for cats and she passes it on to the people who take care of them. Dr. Delaney is awesome with cats and dogs alike. I can’t rave enough.

Been coming to Barker’s Grooming for our Fur Babies baths/groomings for 6 years now. You know it’s a good place when your pup is happy to see the groomer/owner. The staff has always been caring, patient, and flexible. I couldn’t ask for better for all 5 of my pups. The Shop Cat Boots and little Pap-yorkie, Bear, are just icing on the cake!!! I’ve been hearing they are even accepting cats for nails and such. I’ll be bringing my two girls for sure!
I’ve been seeing Mara a handful of times now, and I want to say she’s by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I get a massage about once a month and it is always a delight to see her. She cares about your body and focuses on the spots that need work. She is firm and precise in her massages. I normally don’t speak to my therapists when getting a massage, but our conversations have been fluid and actually therapeutic in a way. She’s empathetic and really really cares about her work. 1000/10 I would recommend anyone to her, she’s amazing.

I've been seeing Bill consistently for almost six years. Over the years, I have been to many massage therapists and Bill is by far the best I've had. He def knows the meaning of a deep tissue massage. I no longer have hip and back issues since seeing him. Do yourselves a favor and book an appt here!
My husband and I went in to get a couples massage. We were greeted immediately. The massage was Phenomenal. I think they massaged every nook and cranny that we had. Afterwards, they did a head massage that was so relaxing. We left from there feeling like new people. We tipped generously because it was definitely worth every dollar and then some. We will be going back frequently. It was hands down the best massage that we have ever had. Thank you so much!!!!
