North side went above & beyond for my dog who I had no idea what was wrong with but it turned out to be a very serious situation!! They were upfront about finances & ball park estimates, they explained his condition perfectly, and helped my baby feel so muchhhh better. Dr. Graham was amazing, and we will refer everyone to this place bc they made us feel like we were welcomed.

These are good people, for sure. The only thing that makes me go hmmm is after being checked in and waiting in the waiting room, we get brought into an exam room and wait until someone comes to take the animal for an exam somewhere else. I've never been to an animal hospital with this sort of policy practice, so its different. Even weirder is the exam tables have other dogs' hairs on it. I had assumed the exam rooms are cleaned and sanitized between each patient, yes? However, these are good people and do care about these animals deeply. :)

I was pleased with this place. The people were nice.they weren't trying to sell me the store.i will come back to them when needed. All and all it was a good experience. One more thing the place was clean didn't smell like some I've gone to before. I'm happy and I believe you will be toOkay people, went back a second time... still happy with the place. My dog had a bad rash i was given options and said I want the cheapest ( I didn't have money for expensive work) Doc said okay we will start with a shot and wipes and start there. They don't seem to nickel and dime you.Only thing is I wish they took the care card. Anyway happy with results.
