His staff are friendly and helpful, creating a comfortable environment. Patients appreciate his thoughtful approach and recommend him highly. Additionally, he supports patients in obtaining ESA approval for their pets, which helps with anxiety and PTSD. Overall, Dr. Patel provides compassionate and attentive care.
Dr. Patel is very empathetic and treated me like a human being rather than just another patient. He was not condescending and gave me input on an intellectual level that I could understand.
