The staff at Powerhouse have gone out of their way every time I have looked at purchasing some equipment. Powerhouse will continue to be my first stop when I need anything. Excellent service and support.

Joseph was very friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. When I told him what I was looking for, he offered me some options and worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted at a fair price. They have a great inventory of quality products without jacking up prices because of high demand after the hurricane

Service has deteriorated since purchase mower. Pickup times are never close to actual time given. Would not give a pickup week for mower but stated will put you on a list. Mower picked up a week ago and when I checked on status they told me it hasn’t been looked at yet! Reason given was a week without power, had to look at generators first and lost a mechanic. Power was on when mower was picked up. Customers aren’t made aware service may take weeks! Service after sale has become difficult to say the least!!Need to change my review from 2 to a 6 if I could ! Once Jay found out about my problems the mower was ready the next day!
