Enjoy working with Astro. The guys that come take care of our house make our time a priority always checking with us before they come out. Service is affordable as well. We personally have Brett that comes out to our house and appreciate his professional demeanor, reliability, how friendly he is.

I received a bill for a spray where the technician didn't show up. I have called the office twice in the last week to get it resolved. I was told the technician would get ahold of me (twice)to figure out the mistake and haven't heard back. I don't know if the guy is falsifying his records to make it look like he is doing his jobs or if it was truly a paperwork mistake but they sure don't seem to want to handle the situation. Bad customer service.UPDATE: I had Mike from Astro reach out and ask me about my recent experience. He listened to what I had to say and resolved the issues I had with the company.
