I've been to Lemongrass before with my daughter for prom makeup. I love the building, it's relaxing. When my daughters bought me a gift card for Christmas I was so excited. With 3 kids in college I don't spend any time or money on myself. I looked forward to this appointment, they (the kids)thought I'd get a massage, but I decided on a hydro facial . I wasn't happy at all. It was uncomfortable, I cried during procedure, it was not relaxing at all and nothing was explained.I ve worked with patients for 34 years now, and I can only hope none of them had the experience I did today. This spa is so wonderful! I have had a facial and 2 massages and all have made me feel like a new person. The staff are all so professional and kind. It’s just my new happy place. Thank you all for a Great experience. See ya soon!

This was my first massage in a very long time. The first thing I noticed was lovely lemongrass scent throughout the facility. It was very clean and modern looking with a relaxed atmosphere. They offered me a glass of water or wine ?. I received a full body massage and it was very nice. I'd love to come back again in the future.
