“I've been to Lemongrass before with my daughter for prom makeup. I love the building, it's relaxing. When my daughters bought me a gift card for Christmas I was so excited. With 3 kids in college I don't spend any time or money on myself. I looked forward to this appointment, they (the kids)thought I'd get a massage, but I decided on a hydro facial . I wasn't happy at all. It was uncomfortable, I cried during procedure, it was not relaxing at all and nothing was explained.I ve worked with patients for 34 years now, and I can only hope none of them had the experience I did today. I'm not sure if it was the lack of communication, although I told her this was my first time.. or if it was the provider. I truly wish I had chosen a massage .... We all strive in customer service for a 5 star review, but I do believe everyone needs to know when things aren't right.“

“Hands down the best salon in Valdosta. Jessica is the best of the best. She has been doing my hair for over two years - she has done low lights, highlights, dark to platinum and extension installs for me (she has also corrected my hair when I have attempted to dye it at home myself!). She is incredibly friendly, funny and makes you feel completely at ease. I have always left the salon with exactly how I wanted my hair to look, she has never let me down and truly cares about what you want, she does everything to ensure you are completely satisfied. She really cares about her customers and her knowledge and expertise are unmatched in this town! I had gone to other salons before I found Infinity salon and they are not comparable to the experience and quality you receive here, there’s no where else I’d ever go. Highly recommend.“
