Exceptional service provided by the entire team at my facility. They worked with me to quickly schedule a time. Got here and where upfront with what they expected could be a problem. Walked through my entire facility to troubleshoot what it could be. Got to the root of the issue and I feel that my facility is in a better place now simply due to this team! Look no further for plumbing and septic issues.
I was caught by surprise with a frozen outdoor faucet during the cold weather spell this past week. The RHT office assistant, Gloria Mango, seemed to be one of the only plumbing company staff taking calls on the day after Christmas this year. The RHT plumbing team came promptly to my house on Tuesday, December 27th and worked several hours to install the new faucet and install some new pipe segments where they had rusted out in the wall space behind a bathroom. We plan to be loyal customers of RHT when we have plumbing issues to take care of in the future.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
They came very highly recommended, but I can't rate their service since they do not return phone calls. I've left two messages in two weeks and was told that they'd "give the owner the message when he calls in" but I have heard nothing. Not sure if it's poor internal communication or just a lack of desire for the job.
