The tech was able to arrive early. He first called to ask if that was OK. He explained what he was doing and was very cool about everything. He installed a Nest thermostat and Nest Hub Max.
First time customer and definitely not last! Brian R. was the technician that installed the Nest Doorbell and did a wonderful job. He is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable; I appreciate the extra time he spent to answer my questions. He made sure the setup was done, updated the wiring to the doorbell and chime (it was necessary), cleaned up all debris in/out the house, and reviewed the Nest app/features with me. I will definitely use this service and ask for him to return!
