“I was very happy with the service I received from Innovative Plumbing. Bruce was awesome!! He was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to my scheduling the work I wanted to have done. When he came to do the work, he was on time and competently completed the work. There was no trying to charge me more than he quoted which I really appreciated. On top of all that, he was friendly and personable which made the whole experience much more pleasant. Also with Bruce, was Rhett who was in training. Rhett was a very polite and conscientious young man. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to their profession. Called Gary again, this time to install a new disposal and kitchen faucet. As per my previous reviews, he did a great job. I hope we don't need him again soon, but if we have a need for a plumber, he'll be the first call.

Job#2 - May 2024
Called Standridge Plumbing with, what turned out to be, a minor problem with my pilot going out & not restarting (user error). Gary talked me through the correct way to relight the pilot and I was back in business. But because our water heater was 20+ years old and now seemed to be on it's last leg, we decided to pre-emptively replace it. Once again, Gary returned calls and inquiries very quickly and we had a scheduled water heater installation taken care of two days later. I'm really glad I saved their telephone number. Highly recommend this company.

Job#1 - 2024
We had a water heater issue last week. Standridge had been recommended by some neighbors so we decided to give them a call. We were contacted very quickly and they were at our townhouse within a few hours. While the problem wasn't cheap (what plumbing repair is), it was completed to our satisfaction within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service. They have been added to my Contacts for future plumbing needs. Thank you for your help.“

“We woke up Easter morning with an alert from our water company that we probably had a major leak based on water usage the last 48 hours. As it was a holiday, we called a company that offered holiday service at no extra charge. Big mistake! Two days later, we still did not have water or a solution. After viewing social media recommendations for plumbing services, we found Fuller Plumbing. Gary came out that day and diagnosed our problem. He had his crew out the next day, and within a couple of hours, we had a new water line and full service. Best of all, his charge was less than half what the other company was charging. We received photos of all the work and clearly saw the new lines and how deep they were laid. The crew was professional and respectful and even offered to carry my groceries while I was walking down our steep driveway in heels. Gary stayed after they left to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Two months later, everything is still great! Fuller Plumbing will be our FIRST call in the future when we need plumbing service. They are local and provide excellent, high quality service!“

“This is a 500 star company. Andy of Water Pro Inc is definitely a keeper. Having had a flood problem in the past, I can say that there are shady companies who take advantage. But Water Pro is in a league of its own. You will want to save his business info in your phone for emergencies and share with people you love.
Andy came within 24 hours of my call to assess the damage. He is not only credentialed in dealing with water removal, he is also licensed as a general contractor and has a degree in architecture, so he is a one stop shop.
After driving all the way here, and assessing the situation he said that we caught the problem fast enough and didn’t need his services. He charged us NOTHING and wouldnt let us pay a dime. “It is so hard finding an honest plumber that won't price gouge you and does quality work. We have used a few plumbers on our very old house and have never been satisfied with work or price. Then we found Mike. He does great work and I feel was very reasonably priced. He was there the same day we called to quote us at no charge and started working the next day on our septic tank. Needless to say our septic tank was so so old and huge roots had grown into the field drain so it was an extensive job. He stayed until after midnight to fix the problem and not make us be without water for more than a day. I am very grateful to him and will use him from now on with any plumbing issues we may have.“
