Alliance Plumbing and Drain is a dependable and professional business that offers prompt service for various plumbing issues. One reviewer had an exceptional experience when their expansion tank ruptured and water started leaking. They called the company, and Dimitri was extremely professional over the phone, guiding them through their concerns and asking for pictures to expedite the process. The reviewer found the quoted price fair for the emergency situation, which included replacing the water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve. Impressive service followed, as Dimitri sent three technicians—Vitaliy, Igor, and Dorel—to their home within 30 minutes, and they quickly assessed and fixed the problem within two hours.
Another reviewer praised Alliance Plumbing and Drain for their responsiveness and prompt arrival during a plumbing emergency. The technician Michael was noted as professional and knowledgeable, addressing the issue quickly and efficiently at reasonable prices.
Additionally, there was a DIYer who, after noticing a valve leak while replacing a supply line, called Alliance the next day. They arrived faster than estimated and were described as professional and tidy. Although the reviewer wasn't home, they heard positive feedback from their girlfriend about the kind and respectful father-and-son team, who even took off their shoes before entering the house. The quote provided over the phone was honored, and the job was completed quickly and easily. This reviewer highly recommends Alliance Plumbing and Drain for anyone in the Suwanee area needing plumbing services.
