We had a blockage at the main line and unfortunately had to call an emergency plumber to come and fix. While he was doing the repair pulling the toilet off a little bit of water he missed seeped through the tile to the bathroom below. The big franchise remediation person who also was there said it would be $5,500 to assess the damage. Thank god I wanted a second opinion. Andy came out and took his readings and confirmed that actually no remediation was necessary. This is how business is supposed to be done!
