We discovered a leak in our powder room faucet in a Sunday, and after calling Plumb Works, (who had install our water heater and done other work for us but couldn’t or wouldn’t come), I called two other plumbers before calling 1-Tom, and Stephen came very quickly. He showed us the problem & recommended we get a new faucet. Once we had one, Raphael came a very quickly saw what was needed & installed our new faucet faster than you can say “jackrabbit”!!! He was so pleasant & helpful, even when our sink threw him a curveball or two! We would definitely use them again!!!
Fantastic experience. Easy to schedule appointment and punctual. Arrived within schedule window and texted prior to arriving. Technician Craig Duggan couldn't have been more friendly and professional. He explained in detail what needed to be done before and went over the final result. Very quick and efficient and price was comparable. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them on future projects!

It is with great honor to write this review for 1-Tom-Plumbing (1TP). Although this review is to highly recommend and praise 1TP, Phillip was our initial point of contact and Troy was our specialized plumber. The overall experience with 1TP was satisfying and Troy did an amazing job installing our new garbage disposal. The initial conversation with Phillip was a wonderful experience and I sensed his professionalism and understanding of our needs.
