Upshaw Plumbing provides great service and is highly recommended. They are professional and knowledgeable, and can quickly identify and fix plumbing issues, such as leaks. The company is able to rearrange things to get to customers the same day, even on Fridays and holiday weekends. They provide upfront costing and detailed estimates, and offer temporary solutions when needed. The plumbers are a pleasure to work with and are positive about the company culture. Upshaw Plumbing has a real person answering the phone, which sets them apart from other companies. They are able to come out and fix issues, such as shower and washing machine drain problems, in record time. Overall, the company is professional, provides great customer service, and is the first call for future plumbing needs.
I was truly impressed by Todd Upshaw and his team. They were extremely professional, efficient, and pleasant. I called in the morning needing a new water heater and within a couple of hours a team was at my home to replace the water heater. Installation was fast and clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend this team. Very happy with the service provided.
Clay came out to diagnose the issue. He quickly found out what the problem was and we discussed the options. He was able to get the problem solved in a pretty short amount of time. I am pleased with the service, and the professionalism of the company. Upshaw is who we will call for any plumbing needs.
