Upshaw Plumbing provides great service and is highly recommended. They are professional and knowledgeable, and can quickly identify and fix plumbing issues, such as leaks. The company is able to rearrange things to get to customers the same day, even on Fridays and holiday weekends. They provide upfront costing and detailed estimates, and offer temporary solutions when needed. The plumbers are a pleasure to work with and are positive about the company culture. Upshaw Plumbing has a real person answering the phone, which sets them apart from other companies. They are able to come out and fix issues, such as shower and washing machine drain problems, in record time. Overall, the company is professional, provides great customer service, and is the first call for future plumbing needs.
Had an issue with a shower that kept running. Called Upshaw and Clay was in the area and at my home within 29 minutes. Very knowledgeable and progressional and got my shower fixed in record time. This was my second time using this company and I’m pleased with the service and will keep using them in the future!
This s company and plumbers were professional and a pleasure to work with. They were up front on costing and provided a more detailed estimate after the main problem was discovered. They provided a temporary solution and then came back the next day after we approved the final fix. I would highly recommend this company. The workers were also very positive on the work environment and the culture of the company.
Upshaw Plumbing did a great job in getting our issue handled. We had a leak from our washing machine drain and they were able to come out same day and take a look. With it being a holiday weekend and no easy fix they had to come back the next business day and had us all fixed and good to go asap. When calling around trying to find someone so come out, I really appreciated that they had a real person to answer on the other line while all the other companies had AI answering systems to call me back later. Fingers crossed we won’t be needing to call them for any other plumbing needs for a long time but when we do, they’ll be our first call. Thanks for the professionalism...read full review
