Moises Tinoco, the service technician from Bolton who was sent to our home, did an outstanding job finding and correcting the problem with our gas fireplace. He also completeda service update and was very patient explaining how to use the remote control. Thank you!

Dario Martinez was excellent, He explained everything that needed to be done and was obviously knowledgeable about the work he performed.Having tried another company before calling Bolton to have my fireplace repaired, it was clear that Bolton was far superior in their service and their knowledge of fireplaces.

These people are the best! Unassuming, yet the nicest, most knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and competent people you'll ever meet. We were in the market for converting our conventional wood-burning fireplace into a gas log fireplace, and Faye made the process of understanding what was involved and reviewing the various options in the showroom a breeze. And Lionel, the installation technician, was just a delight. He did an excellent job on the install, while being super careful not to damage or dirty anything in the process, and then walked us through all the operational and maintenance issues we needed to know about.
