“Our house is 9 years old, and we noticed a little bit of moisture seeping out from the bottom of our downstairs toilet onto the hardwood floors. Not a lot, but you could obviously tell that something was likely wrong. I have used Aaron plumbing before to come out and fix a leaky faucet in the upstairs shower that I was having a hard time trying to fix myself. Turns out the home builder actually installed some pieces backward and crammed them in there which was why I could not take it apart. Anyway, back to my toilet... I called Aaron plumbing again. I explained that this was not an emergency, and I expected them to come out later in the week. The woman on the phone was incredibly nice and said that she would look into her technicians and see if she had one in the area. She called me back in a few minutes, and I had someone at my door about 40 minutes later. Dillon Carroll was a super nice guy and incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He spoke with me up front about pricing and informed me that the pricing was an estimate, and if there are some pieces that are broken once he pulls the toilet off the floor, then it may cost more. Understandable. He ended up having the toilet fixed in a matter of about 20 minutes (no extra charges). He then asked me a few questions about other faucets or issues in my home, to which I actually have experienced some, and that led him to want to check my water pressure. I'm glad he did. Turns out that my PRV and bladder tank both failed. He actually was able to repair those while at my house as well. All in all, the whole experience from start to finish was actually very pleasant. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them. Dillon represented his company well.”
