“My hot water heater went out and I had 7 plumbing companies come to evaluate and give estimates. All companies except True said the water heater could not be repaired and that both of my water heater tanks went out because they were at the end of their lives. I got quotes ranging from $5500-12,000 to replace my water heater with both tanks and tankless options. True Plumbing came today and after a call to the manufacturer Rheem, they figured out that the vapor sensor needed to be replaced. They were able to do this for just under $700!! When it is time for my water heaters to be replaced, I will be going with True who had the least expensive quote for replacement. So not only were they the most affordable, they were also the most adept and competent! Thank you True!!“
