“Stacey is the owner/operator who came out and replaced our shower cartridge. The tasked seemed simple but the shower cartridge was over 20 years old and was stuck in the valve assemble. “Hunter & Daniel got out to our house, after an overflow issue that effected 3 levels around 11pm, within an hour of calling Roto-Rooter. No other service provider could make it out on such short notice. Their promptness saved us from a lot more water damage. Daniel got the clog fixed & Hunter walked us through the process and got the restoration team out to our by 11am that same morning to mitigate the water damage. Brandon and Sam were awesome & knowledgeable and provided us guidance as well. Very fortunate to have these guys and their team.
