Brent was great! Happy to have everything working again and the problem was fixed next day after calling the night before. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.
Brett came out immediately and did a wonderful job. The city notified me that I was using a lot of water and had a leak this morning. He was here by 1230 and he found a leak under my deck -some animals had chewed through a pipe. He explained everything to me and he fixed it (checked the pressure )and everything was done by 2 o’clock. I definitely will call this company again. They did a good job on communication. They called me when he was coming. . He was very friendly and they even have a tracker so you can see how far he is from your house. Definitely a great experience given the magnitude of the problem.
From the start this company was noticeably better. A friendly person answered the phone on a Saturday, not an AI rep. and not an answering service that simply takes a message to pass on to someone else. An appt was made. The tech. Jason was friendly and highly knowledgeable. He did great work and installed a new water heater and water pressure regulator. This was good old fashion customer service and work at its finest. I would not hesitate to use Rapid Rssponse Plymbing for all future plumbing needs.
