Jason was awesome. He was about an hour and a half away on another job, so he called to find out information about the issue with the water heater to make sure we didn't have a simple outlet not working issue. In addition when he arrived, he saw that the water heater was 20 years old, but still looked inside to see if it was maybe a fuse issue. It turns out we did need to replace the whole unit. He worked with us to give us the best pricing estimates and came out the next day to fix up the new unit. He took the old unit off the outside of the house and attached the new unit inside. He also fitted the pipes to the water heater with shut off valves and and gas line as well....read full review

I can't say enough about this company! I had somewhat of an emergency and they had Brent Coulson come out. He came out quickly and had my repair done in record time! He was very courteous and professional. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!
