“Dr. Minh was my eye doctor for five years. Now that I’m moved away and just paid tons of money with a new one in Knoxville, on the same insurance plan, I thought I should give him some love. He’s fun, easy to work with, has a beautiful office with the most up-to-date technology and he’s so affordable. He doesn’t upsell and honors your preferences— he gave me a lower prescription to help with reading and evened out my prescriptions as well to reduce strain.“

“Although it is bitter sweet to be leaving due to EXTREME unnecessary price increases and staff changes they lost their PERSONAL touch that kept me coming from all parts of ga just for their service but today ALICIA showed me why I choose them in the beginning! She went WAY BEYOND what she was REQUIRED OR EVEN PAID EXTRA TO DO which is just GOOD OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE… she could have easily did her job and left it at that but she noticed YES SHE NOTICED THEY DIDNT PAY HER TO DO IT BUT THE SYSTEM SOFTWARE WASNT WORKING PROPERLY SHE FIGURED IT OUT and provided a SOLUTION rather than an excuse!
