Warby Parker has been my go to for glasses for years! This location had good service and a greats selection of glasses per usual. I came in to get my glasses adjusted, thinking that anyone could do it but apparently it can only be done by an optometrist. I didn't mind waiting but it did end up taking about 20 minutes for her to become available. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking to have your glasses adjusted in store.
I wanted to update my review. I think initially I rated 3 stars, but I must update it to 5 stars. I expressed my concerns to the store manager at this location. She responded to me by email and telephone. She took time to hear my concerns and remedied the situation. World-class customer service and great leadership. If you need glasses for any purpose, please visit this location at Ponce City Market. ??? ?
I've been frequenting Warby Parker stores for years, and was a patron when it was just an online store. I really like this location. Super clean, very friendly, knowledgeable staff, and great docs. Plus this location does eye exams. Very thorough.
