“I am so glad I walked into this facility! Mya is extremely welcoming. I was nervous being new to the eye glasses process! She was helpful and patient answering all my questions. My son was really interested in ringing the doorbell. Although it was unnecessary as she was already assisting us at the front desk, she encouraged him and let us know it was okay for him to ring it. Valerie was also extremely welcoming. During the process of my son picking out his frames she was patient and gentle with him. Valerie and Mya were attentive and even helped me pick out some frames for myself. My son is excited to go back and pick up his glasses! The facility is clean, organized, and smells nice! “I should have shared my husband experience with Dr Charles Ficco years ago. I was not as computer/phone savvy as I am now. I have called Dr Ficco My husband's angel and I was truly blessed when God placed him in our lives after only being married for 6 months. My husband had went to Kaiser and another eye doctor that I felt I could trust regarding major migraines. No one would listen wanted to give him medicine and reading glasses. My husband started having small seizures and again Kaiser our medical insurance company would not do CT or MRIs. It took one time of going to Dr Ficco and he saw the problem even before he dilated my husband's eyes. My Husband was in the hospital that night with a brain tumor that Dr Ficco caught in time. Dr Ficco had never met my husband ever until that day that says a lot about him. He is an amazing doctor, and person whom my husband and I got to know really well. Unfortunately Dr Ficco left and went to another company, and of course our insurance company does not cover that location that's the only reason we are not still with him now. I can't say it enough but I thank you my Angel Dr Ficco for being there for us We have celebrated 25 years of marriage in November. May God continue blessing you in doing his work.??“

“Everything! Professional staff from the reception area, to the interior staff to the doctor. I had exceptional results from my first visit. I was anxious to say the least about my eyesight. One visit with Dr. Harris and I felt 100% relaxed and confident that I was going to be fine. He actually takes time answering your questions and does not chive you the same acknowledgment for everything. He handles each concern individually. I moved my records to his office after my second visit. He is now my official Eye Care Specialist. His degrees are from Ivy League schools and his patient concern is beyond Ivy League. It is Ivy League plus five stars.“
