Makenzie was awesome. She repaired my grandson. Eyeglasses in about three minutes. We bought them at Visionworks. The screw fell out and they did not have a replacement screw. Let’s walking through target and saw the optical department. McKenzie was friendly and kind. Repairing the glasses quickly.
Great experience to walk in and immediately be noticed. Professional and best place price wise to purchase both the lightest in weight glasses and contacts. I love that they carry Ray Ban light weight glasses that don't mark your nose from the weight of the glasses. Contacts arrived in 2 days. Best value and a friendly crew that work there! Even in this horrible economy, they were friendly and happy to get the best from my eye insurance. Thanks for the great customer service.
I had an outstanding experience at the Optical Center at Target from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, professional, and attentive.
Bethany did a thorough and efficient job checking my eyes, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. Dr. Fishe was absolutely on point with the eye exam—very knowledgeable, precise, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
When it came time to choose my glasses, Tracy was incredibly helpful and patient. She made the selection process easy and enjoyable, offering great suggestions that suited both my style and needs.
