I am a new patient to your facility. I came with Dr. Knight. Your staff were congenial and helpful. It was a good experience. I will say that parking was a little dicey, but ok. Thank you again.
Amazing first time experience!The staff is kind and they take their profession seriously. Brandun and Dr. Warren really made me feel comfortable.The only concern I have is the ability to get in contact with someone to schedule my eye surgery, even with numerous voicemails and returned phone calls.Besides that, phenomenal experience. I am grateful to have been referred.
The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The Dr. Johnston, was very nice and explained everything to me and my options. Office was clean, I was seen in a timely manner. I appreciate all the technology and feedback after the appointment.
