Great service, very knowledgeable, plenty attention from the doctors and staff. Not pushy, very comfortable office, and they use the latest research to develop individualized eye care plans.
My daughter struggled to try on contact lenses due to her sensitivity to eye touch. She was discouraged and decided to give up until we visited the Specs Appeal in Decatur. We were amazed at how informative and patient the Optometrists, Ms. Nancy, Mr. Mihn, and an assistant, Ms. Katherinee, were. They worked patiently with my daughter without making her feel pressured and stressed. As a team, they have helped my daughter overcome her sensitivity, and now she has been putting on contact lenses every morning before going to school. Spec Appeal in Decatur is a great place for eye care.
