I came in as a Walk-in exam. Exactly One hour later I was finished with glasses ordered. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Dr. Merritt J. explained my recent eye changes thoroughly and presented me with recommendations for my new glasses. Overall wonderful experience at this location.
Ms. Pat took such good care of me and has been for the last few years. I didn’t take her advice on the glasses I should get last year - even though she knew I wasn’t going to like them. A few months after I wore them, I realized I hated them. For all the reasons she said. Safe to say that I listened to her this time and fell in love with the pick. She always feels like family when I see her.
Typically not a chain optometrist person but this Visionworks location is fantastic. My appointments have always been on time and straightforward, but never rushed. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Merritt (great bedside manner!) and was helped by Miss Pat once I selected my frames (great customer service). Looking forward to this being my go-to eye doctor for the long term!
