Every single time I come into this Visionworks, Ms. Pat goes above and beyond, but my recent visit really reminded me why she’s the best. I dropped in just to browse, and instead of leaving me to wander, she warmly welcomed me, had me take a seat, and took the time to review my benefits in detail. She made sure I knew exactly how to maximize my coverage during their operating hours so I could get the absolute best value. This wasn't a one-time thing either—Ms. Pat is always this friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every single time I walk through the door. Just had a really great experience here! I was able to book an appointment the day before, didnt havd to wait at all once i was in the office, and the whole team took really good care of me. Everyone was attentive, kind, and helpful. Would highly recommend!
Visionworks team at the Caroline st location on Edgewood or top-tier. They believe in great customer service! Nicole I believe is the office manager. She is phenomenal. She takes the time out to listen to all clients concerns. She efficiently gives accurate data and gives it over to the technicians so they can provide accurate care for each patient or client that walks into the location. This is my favorite location. I’ve been here several times always 10 out of 10 recommend!
