I called towards the end of the day to check and see if they repaired frames (needs screws) and they do. they saw me an hour before closing and repaired two frames at no cost in less than 30 minutes. I wasn't expecting that but it was.greatly appreciated!
Definitely going back when it's time for an exam and glasses.

I can't tell you how happy I am with Framed. I bought a pair of glasses from Target years ago that I love. My progressive prescription's middle vision was too narrow and it hurt my already-injured neck to have to pivot to see so much.
So I took them to Visionworks and asked them for help. They said I HAD to do bifocals b/c the shape of my lenses forced the middle vision to be so narrow. Target also said that. As did Warbly Parker and other places I took them to.
I bought the bifocals and tried to make them work but it was difficult to go to art galleries and even focus on the person across the table from me.
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and I bring them in as a reference… read full review
