Wonderful location with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Rachel and the other employees warmly welcomed me in and shared super helpful info on pricing and eye exams. Rachel also asked me what my insurance is so she could check if it was in/out of network, etc. Their transparency with pricing is a breath of fresh air! After I found the frames I loved, she saved them to my profile. I did decide to get my eye exam somewhere else where my insurance covers more, since I'm out of network for Warby Parker.
