Lens crafters is up the escalator on the second floor near the food court. Theres a nice selection of frames they even gave me a discount on the frames I selected. Very good customer service/welcoming atmosphere.
Kerry-Ann was very helpful. She assisted me with glasses readjustment. My glasses were in pretty bad condition. She was very patient and careful as she made sure they fit correctly.
This location and its management team of Maxine and Seantee have earned my trust. They went above and beyond the call to assist me with getting something corrected that the other Lens Crafter location where I purchased my glasses from just decided to ignore me. Maxine took time to really listen to my concerns and did what she could to actually want to help me. She did the things management should learn to do more of and that is to actually listen to the customer to see if you can really help.
